Breathitt County Community Band performing at the Woolly Worm Festival

The Breathitt County Community Band returns to the Woolly Worm Festival for a performance right after the parade. Make your way to the Town Square to catch this great show of talented regional musicians. Performance is at 2pm. 

The Breathitt County Community Band is a regional assemblage of brass, woodwind, percussion, piano and vocal musicians, returning to the Woolly Worm Festival for an after- parade concert. The Band’s repertoire includes something for everyone – from classic rock to jazz standards to patriotic favorites. Band membership is fluid, but the current group includes musicians from ages 13 to 84! Playing together for nearly a decade, the Band strives for a consistently high-energy, top-notch performance sure to entertain!
