Volunteers needed for RRG MTB 100 Aid Station

🚵 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED — RRGMTB100! 🚵

Lee County Tourism is looking for a few volunteers to help us operate an aid station for the RRGMTB100 Mountain Bike Race on Saturday, September 19 at Hollerwood Offroad Park.

📍 Aid Station: Mile 85 of the 100-mile race

⏰ Station ready by: 11:00 AM
🚴 Approximately 50 riders expected
🏁 Last rider expected: Around 5:15 PM

We will supply everything! Water, Gatorade, snacks, cups, tables, pop-up tent, trash bags and all other aid-station materials will be provided. We just need some friendly faces willing to help us run the station and cheer on the riders!

Volunteers will help:
• Hand out water, Gatorade and snacks
• Check riders in as they arrive
• Help riders locate their drop bags
• Keep the station organized
• Give tired riders some much-needed encouragement at mile 85!

This is a long day, so we're hoping to get several volunteers who can work together or take shifts throughout the day.

The RRGMTB100 brings mountain bikers through some of the beautiful and rugged terrain of our region, and this is a great opportunity to welcome and support them as they make their way toward the finish line.
